Chivey Chase is the mascot and spokes character for the Chive Media Network. His story is the story of the average person in crypto. More than anything he wants to provide for himself and loved ones. He wants to be unburdened by a time clock, a board of directors, or a group of politicians who sit behind closed doors and try to decide his fate. 

One day he stumbled upon Wall Street Bets on Reddit and became enamored with the idea that a group of nobodies could create a community and rise to take down Titans. When the coordinated effort by the US government, hedge funds, and various brokers blocked the average person from buying more GME Chivey was beside himself. Yeah, he lost money but his life went on. He kept chilling with his friends and doing what he loved. He was late on his arrival to crypto. He didn’t understand it was a way for communities to empower themselves so they could stand on equal footing with the powerful. 

When he realized blockchain’s potential he decided to be the mascot for Chive. He loved the idea of communities coming together in a relaxed way because Chive is more than just another token, it’s a way of thinking that says, “Nah, I’ll chart my own path.” 

Chivey’s mission is to spread the word. “It doesn’t matter if you Chive all day or you Doge until the sun rises. It doesn’t matter if your favorite token is PEPE, BRETT, or WIFF. We are all part of the same community. We live or die by the chives we grow and share with our family. We only lose when we give up the dream.”
